Project Information: Removal and Replacement of Deteriorating Sidewalks in Downtown Cleburne

Scope: Removal of Curb and Gutter, Sidewalks, Drive Approaches and Parking Meters, Installation of Concrete Curb and Gutter, Sidewalks, Drive Approaches, Installation of Flag Holders and Handrails as Needed.

Justification: Replace Aging Infrastructure to Improve Accessibility to Local Businesses and Promote the Revitalization of Downtown Cleburne.

Approved Contract Value: $1,028,376

Funding: Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Two (TIF2)

Status: Currently working on East Henderson & N Anglin St.
