Entry-Level Salary Range

• 1 year: $64,039.35
• 2 years: $66,280.81
• 3 years: $68,552.86
• 4 years: $70,628.90
• 5 years: $73,950.77
• 6 years: $75,218.03
• 7 years: $79,964.06

Lateral Transfer Sign-On Incentive

The City of Cleburne launched a Lateral Transfer Program, which is applicable to years 2 through 6. 

• $3,500 upon the successful completion of the required department field training.
• $4,000 on the 364th day after start date as a certified police office for the City of Cleburne.

More Incentive Pay: Certification and incentive pay is available for longevity, bilinguals, field training officers, emergency response team, education, peace officer license and more! 

There's no age limit, and we send our recruits through the Police Academy while being paid.
