Planning & Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Department processes development applications including subdivision plats, rezoning requests, specific use permits and variance requests. 

We have changed our process for submitting applications due to the COVID-19 pandemic, see below for more information. 



All new applications can be submitted via email to Danielle Castillo at danielle.castillo@cleburne.net. 

Hard copies of the plans may be dropped off at City Hall, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Drop-boxes are located at the front and rear doors of City Hall. Payment may be made by check with the application or by credit card over the phone. If paying by credit card, Staff will coordinate with you for payment.

**Please note that applications will not be considered complete and processed for review until all required documents and payment have been received.**
