The Cleburne Police Department’s Records Unit is responsible for the processing, maintenance, disposition, and storage of all police department offense and crash reports.

The Records Unit forwards all necessary paperwork to the appropriate prosecutor’s office when criminal cases are ready to be filed. They provide assistance to the public coming into the lobby of the police department. Records personnel access and process requests for copies of reports, assist those wishing to obtain permits and provide information to the public. The Police Records Unit is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
