Candidates

The next City of Cleburne election date will be Saturday, May 4, 2024. It will be a general and special election date. The general election will be for the Mayor, Single-Member District (SMD) 1 and Single-member District 4 positions. The special election will be for the Single-Member District 3 position that did not get filled in the Nov. 2023 election.

Application Time Frame for a Place on the Ballot

  • Special Election:   
    Nov. 15, 2023 at 8 a.m. through Mar. 4, 2024 at 5 p.m.
  • General Election:  
     Jan. 17, 2024 at 8 a.m. through Feb. 16, 2024 at 5 p.m.
