This event is open to the public.
The public is invited to a police auto auction on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. at Lonestar Towing (101 Maxie Street in Cleburne)
- Open to the public
- No pre-registration needed.
- Vehicles must be paid for immediately after the auction with cash.
- Vehicles sold “as-is”, no refunds or returns are permitted.
- All sold vehicles will have to be moved from the tow yard within 24 hours.
- If vehicles are re-claimed by owner/lien holder prior to sale date with all fees paid, the vehicle will not be sold.
