Cleburne public safety personnel are gearing up for a night of fun, unity and safety awareness. National Night Out is on Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
The initiative is all about strengthening community bonds, getting to know neighbors, and taking a stand against crime.
The Cleburne Police Department is encouraging residents in neighborhoods throughout the city to turn on their porch lights on that day and spend the evening outside with neighbors, police officers, firefighters and other first responders. Grab your snacks, grill, play games and have some fun!
The deadline to register your neighborhood for National Night Out is Friday, Sept. 29. Register here.
Only one event can be registered per neighborhood. After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from Officer Kerri Abbott within 48 hours.
For questions and more information, please contact Officer Kerri Abbott at 817-556-8815.
