Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Commission works with the Planning & Zoning Coordinator and the Engineer Associate. They hold public hearings on zoning matters and make recommendations on the development of Cleburne.
This department coordinates the submittal, review, and implementation of all land development proposals (plats, re-plats, zoning requests, and variances) and insures all site development codes and ordinances are adhered to.
Zoning proposals and variance requests involve public hearings. Notice of these hearings are mailed to adjacent homeowners prior to consideration.
