What is a code violation?
A code violation is a condition or situation that is in violation of the Health and Safety Code of Texas or the City of Cleburne Code of Ordinances.

How do I file a complaint?
Please contact Code Enforcement by phone at 817-556-8807 or in writing at P.O. Box 677 here in Cleburne in order to file a complaint.

May I file an anonymous complaint?
Yes, the only necessary information is the site address of the alleged violation and the type of violation. All alleged violations will be inspected by the code enforcement officer to verify a violation.s IN general, we can be more effective in our investigation if the complainant does provide their name, address, and phone number. We cannot guarantee anonymity to any complainant that provides their name, address, or phone number under the Texas Public Information Act.
