The Finance Department provides complete and accurate financial information and advice to the Council and management, the general public, the investment community, governmental agencies and others.

Finance is responsible for the financial affairs for the City which involves the administration of bonded debt, the investment of idle monies and in the preparation and monitoring of an annual budget and audit.

The organizational structure of the Finance Department includes: Accounting, Information Services, Purchasing, Utility Billing, and Cletran.
