Utility Billing provides a variety of services for the residents of Cleburne.

The main function of this department is to record, bill, and collect for water, sewer, and sanitation services. The City is divided into 11 billing zones. Each zone has a different due date. We have approximately 10,221 active accounts.

We collect deposits for new customers, as well as collecting delinquent notices, account adjustments, and for garage sale permits, and garbage bag sales. Twice a year, we send out notices to receive free garbage bags to everyone who pays for residential or curbside service.
