Dollar General Robbery July 11, 2010

On Sunday, July 11, 2010, the Cleburne Police Department responded to an armed robbery call at a discount store in the 1300 block of North Main. The information provided to police indicated that the suspect entered the store, made contact with the assistant manager and demanded money. The suspect was armed with a pistol which he displayed to the manager. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect was described as white male, 5’10 to 6’0. He was described as being between 45 to 60 years old. He was wearing glasses, blue jeans and a yellow band around his head.

There were no shots fired during the robbery and no one in the store was injured.
