Rooms and Rates
The Cleburne Conference Center offers a variety of versatile and well-equipped rooms for rent to suit your event needs. Our venue boasts a range of spaces designed to accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences and banquets. Choose from our selection of elegantly appointed rooms, each equipped audiovisual technology, seating and customizable layouts.

Available Rooms
Richard "Dick" Helmcamp Performing Arts Center
This performing arts center will seat 297 patrons comfortably with wide aisles between each row of seats. ADA accessible seating available. This facility is ideal for general sessions at conferences or as a break out room for seminars taking place during a conference or meeting. It can be rented out separately for other events.
Theater Tech Room: Professional light and sound equipment available, producing high quality theatrical effects for productions taking place in the theater. Only certified light and sound technicians will be allowed access to this room or allowed to operate equipment that is property of the City of Cleburne/Cleburne Conference Center.

Lobby / Reception Area
The main lobby of the Conference Center is approximately 2,000 square feet and is well designed to serve as a location for wedding receptions, art show exhibits, and for receptions prior to major events in other portions of the Conference Center.
This area will be available only with use of another section of the Conference Center or if no other events are taking place. To have exclusive use of the Lobby you MUST reserve the entire Conference Center. Main restrooms are located in the Lobby/Reception Area and must be accessible to all events.

Exhibit Hall
The exhibit hall is the largest of the meeting rooms at the conference center. It measure 101'x102' (10,302 square feet) of usable space. This room for general sessions, conferences, trade shows. Banquets up to 680 people, or set up theater style to accommodate for large seminars.
Large caterer's prep kitchen attached (additional charge and deposit required for use).
Two overhead projectors mounted in the ceiling with two screens that can be rented for an additional charge.

Cross Timbers
This meeting space measures 61'x51' (3,111 square feet). It is designed for more formal types of meetings or events. This room is ideal for general sessions, conferences, trade shows. Banquets up to 200 people, or set up theater style to accommodate seminars. This room has 3 chandeliers.

Large caterer's prep kitchen located across the hall with easy access to this meeting room (additional charge and deposit required for use). Two overhead projectors mounted in the ceiling with two screens that are available for use at an additional charge.
Use of any sound that is not volume controlled REQUIRES rental of the Texas Room.

It is ideal for use as a break-out room for conferences or training sessions where there are a limited number of attendees. This room contains a dry easel board mounted on the wall.

The room is designed to handle classrooms and meetings. It is ideal for use as a break-out room for conferences or training sessions where there are a limited number of attendees. The space is 20 X 45.

Kitchen Rentals
Our state-of-the-art commercial kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample workspace, and storage facilities, providing everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals for your event. With the flexibility to bring in your own catering team or work with our preferred vendors, our kitchens offer a seamless culinary experience.
Kitchen 1 Upper Level / Kitchen 2 Lower Level
These are the two larger catering prep kitchens available to rent to go along with the meeting rooms. They are designed to handle larger events and are accessible from the outside for ease of bringing in food supplies. Rental and deposit is required for use.

This is mainly to be used as a serving kitchen. It is adjacent to the Cross Timbers Branch room and can be accessed directly through a roll-up metal opening. Rental and deposit is required for use.

In addition to our beautifully appointed rooms and versatile kitchens, we also provide additional spaces available for rental, including our spacious parking lot. Our parking lot offers ample parking capacity, ensuring the convenience and accessibility of your attendees. Whether you're hosting a large-scale conference, a community fair or a special event, our well-maintained parking lot can accommodate a significant number of vehicles.
By renting our parking lot, you can provide a hassle-free experience for your guests, ensuring they can easily find parking and access the venue. Count on the City of Cleburne's Conference Center to provide comprehensive event solutions, including the availability of our convenient and spacious parking lot.
