The Cleburne Conference Center offers a variety of versatile and well-equipped rooms for rent to suit your event needs. Our venue boasts a range of spaces designed to accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences and banquets. Choose from our selection of elegantly appointed rooms, each equipped audiovisual technology, seating and customizable layouts.

Available Rooms

  1. Performing Arts Center / Theatre

This performing arts center will seat 297 patrons comfortably with wide aisles between each row of seats. ADA accessible seating available. This facility is ideal for general sessions at conferences or as a break out room for seminars taking place during a conference or meeting. It can be rented out separately for other events.  

Theater Tech Room: Professional light and sound equipment available, producing high quality theatrical effects for productions taking place in the theater. Only certified light and sound technicians will be allowed access to this room or allowed to operate equipment that is property of the City of Cleburne/Cleburne Conference Center.

  • Full Day (10 hours) - $480 (Security Deposit: $600)

Non Profit Rates - Must show proof of 501(c)(3) 
(Only offered Monday through Thursday)

  • Half Day (5 hours) - $168 (Security Deposit: $350)
  • Full Day (10 hours) - $336 (Security Deposit: $250)

Optional Cleaning Service is $400.

Kitchen Rentals

Our state-of-the-art commercial kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample workspace, and storage facilities, providing everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals for your event. With the flexibility to bring in your own catering team or work with our preferred vendors, our kitchens offer a seamless culinary experience. 

  1. Kitchen 1 Upper Level / Kitchen 2 Lower Level

Kitchen 1 Upper Level / Kitchen 2 Lower Level 

These are the two larger catering prep kitchens available to rent to go along with the meeting rooms. They are designed to handle larger events and are accessible from the outside for ease of bringing in food supplies. Rental and deposit is required for use.

Other Spaces for Rent

In addition to our beautifully appointed rooms and versatile kitchens, we also provide additional spaces available for rental, including our spacious parking lot. Our parking lot offers ample parking capacity, ensuring the convenience and accessibility of your attendees. Whether you're hosting a large-scale conference, a community fair or a special event, our well-maintained parking lot can accommodate a significant number of vehicles.

By renting our parking lot, you can provide a hassle-free experience for your guests, ensuring they can easily find parking and access the venue. Count on the City of Cleburne's Conference Center to provide comprehensive event solutions, including the availability of our convenient and spacious parking lot.

Rates

  • $10 per spot - (Security Deposit: $300)
  • Non Profit Rates - Must show proof of 501(c)(3) 
    $7 per spot - (Security Deposit: $280)

Our rules and regulations pertaining to alcohol still apply, and a deposit is required. Contact staff for additional information.
