
The Cleburne Railroad Museum opened in November 2016. Its mission is to collect and interpret artifacts that preserve the history of the railroad in Cleburne and the men and women who built it. It is located on the same block as the Layland Museum, making it convenient to visit the museums together.
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 11am-3pm

School Groups: By request, a special tour called Communication and the Railroads discusses Morse Code, signal lanterns and other ways railroaders communicated before the existence of cell phones and other modern technology.
