Park Rules

1. All must pay/present pass
    ~ if prepaying for splash bash party, guest list is required before the party
2. Patrons may bring the following items into the park: 
  A. Wacky noodles or small kick boards
  B. Water shoes - no swim fins
  C. U.s. coastguard approved life vests only - no water wings or large
      floats (u.s. coastguard approved life vests available at no charge)
  D. Goggles-no full face masks or snorkels (cannot cover the nose)
  E. No outside food or drink
  F. No coolers or ice chest may be brought into park
  G. All bags are searched upon entry
3. Children age 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 16 or older
4. Parent/guardian must swim with children who are less than 48 inches
5. Proper swim attire is required to enter the water - no thongs or revealing 
    swim wear, no denim or cut-off shorts
6. Swim diapers are required for diaper wearing children.
7. You must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the slides - for the safety of our
    patrons & continued good working order of equipment, we will enforce
    the slide rules recommended by the manufacturer, and as posted at the
8. Please help us ensure a safe and fun environment for all of our patrons…
  A. Leave all tobacco products and lighters outside the park
  B. Abusive and profane behavior/language will not be tolerated
  C. No running, fighting, or rough play of any kind
  D. Headphones must be used on all audio equipment
  E. Glass or metal containers, weapons, alcohol and illegal 
      controlled substances are strictly prohibited on park property
  F. Guide animals only - no pets in the water park
  G. Please do not talk to lifeguards on duty (except to report an emergency)
  H. Please leave park/parking areas in a timely manner - no loitering
  I. Swim tests will be conducted at the lifeguard's discretion
  J. Stay off lane ropes, safety lines, guard stands, etc.
  K. Follow guard instructions for diving board use - only one bounce, no
      gainers or other dives that push you back toward the board
9. Patrons must obey all park rules and follow the direction of lifeguards &
   other splash station staff - splash station employees may eject or suspend
   any person from pool property for violation of the rules or for any act
  deemed harmful to the safety of others or is destructive to property
10. Splash station is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
