City Council meetings occur bi-monthly on the second and fourth Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10 N. Robinson St., Cleburne, TX 76031 for the purpose of enacting local legislation, adopting budgets, determining policies for which City Staff shall execute the laws and administer the government of the City.

Agendas are available at least 72 hours prior to meetings. Minutes are available following approval.

Citizen Comments and Meeting Participation
A member of the public who wishes to participate in the meeting may do so via the following options:
- In person: Complete a speaker/comment registration card at the entrance of the Council Chambers and turn in to the City Secretary before the meeting begins. View meeting agendas here.
- Submit questions/comments online: Complete a speaker/comment registration card. Registration cards received by 4:00 p.m. the same day will be distributed to the Council for consideration.
