Utility Payments

The City of Cleburne makes it easy for customers to pay their utility bill.

Automatic Bank Drafting

Say goodbye to late fees and hello to convenience with our Automatic Bank Drafting feature. If you sign up, your bill will be drafted from your bank account each month on your due date. The application is available online here or in person at the Utility Billing Office. (Remember to attach a voided check.)

Pay Online

You may pay your bill through our website at anytime of the day. Simply set up an account and get started. If you have questions, please call us at 817-645-0919 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Creating an online account allows you to make payments, and you can view your monthly billings, payment history and water consumption. For new customers that have not received a water bill, you will need to enter $10 in the space for LAST PAYMENT. 

Pay by Phone

Cleburne Utility Billing customers can pay their bill by phone by calling 866-341-9322. Customers can pay by credit or debit card and hear real-time balances and due dates.

Pay in Person

Come into our office on 418 W. Henderson St. to pay your bill between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If you don't want to get out of your vehicle, we have a convenient drive-thru area you can utilize.

Important Notice: In the event your service is disconnected, you will need to contact our office at 817-645-0919 to have service restored. Please contact us prior to 3 p.m. if you want same-day restoration. After 3 p.m. and before 5 p.m., there is an additional charge of $50.
