Elections
The City Secretary's Office is responsible for conducting municipal elections as prescribed by the Election Code of the State of Texas. Cleburne City Council Members are elected by their representing Single-Member Districts ("SMD") and the Mayor is elected at-large.

May 2, 2020 - Elect Mayor & Council Members to SMD 1 and SMD 4 (Filing period: Jan 15 - Feb 14, 2020)
May 1, 2021 - Elect Council Members to SMD 2 and SMD 3 (Filing period: Jan 13 - Feb 12, 2021)
