City administrative buildings will be closed Nov. 23-24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday,

City administrative buildings will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Emergency services will operate as usual. 

Please view the schedule for sanitation services, parks and recreation facilities and the library below.

Sanitation Services

  • The Thursday sanitation route will be collected on Friday, Nov. 24.
  • The Transfer Station will be closed on Nov. 23 and 24.

Parks and Recreation Facilities

  • Booker T. Washington Recreation Center: Closed on Thanksgiving Day. Open Friday, Nov. 24 from 1 to 6 p.m.
  • Splash Station: Closed on Nov. 23 and 24.
  • Museums and Senior Center: Closed on Nov. 23 and 24.
  • Golf Links: Closed on Thanksgiving Day. Regular hours on Friday, Nov. 24.

Library

  • The Cleburne Public Library will be closed Friday, Nov. 23 through Saturday, Nov. 25.
