The unofficial tabulations are in for the general election that was held on Saturday, May 6. Included on the ballot were the Single-member District (SMD) 2 and SMD 3 seats of the Cleburne city council.
According to the unofficial results, Blake Jones is the winner of the SMD 2 seat with 57% of the votes (333 votes). Joseph Mims won the SMD 3 seat with 59% of the votes (29 votes).
Please note that results are unofficial until votes are canvassed, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 16.
