Senior Facilities Technician Wins City All-Star Award

Clint Dean

The City of Cleburne's STARS program recognizes staff members who go above and beyond to help serve the community. The latest recipient of the All-Star Award is Clint Dean, the senior facilities technician.

Dean has served the City of Cleburne for more than 15 years. When there’s something in the municipal buildings that needs fixing or cleaning, he’s usually on the scene to get it done.

His supervisor took note of his willingness to jump into any situation and provide a solution with top-notch customer service.

“Clint Dean is doing such a great job for the City of Cleburne. He’s always willing to do any task, during the workday or afterhours,” noted Brian Wintermeier, the city’s facilities manager. “He always shows up ready and willing to work with a can-do attitude.”

For his outstanding work and exceptional service, Dean received a City jacket and $50 gift card.

The All-Star Award is usually given out monthly. Anyone can submit a nomination by contacting the employee’s department.

Each All-Star winner for the fiscal year is then put into the running to become the City’s Superstar, which is the highest recognition in the STARS program.
