There is no cost to reserve Don Moore or Carver Field, however if you wish to have the field lights turned on during your reservation there is a fee of $35 per hour, or if you wish to have the field prepped including lining the fields, dragging, and the like there is a fee of $150. These fees must be paid at least 48 hours before your reservation date.

Per city ordinance the parks are open to the public 7 days a week between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 midnight, unless otherwise posted by the Park and Recreation Board. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Overnight camping is not permitted in any park facility.
We currently reserve the big pavilions at Hulen Park (Heritage Pavilion on Hillsboro Street and Kimbro Heritage Pavilion on Westhill Street), the gazebo at Hulen Park, and the big pavilion at Carver Park.
Yes, however all special events must receive prior approval from the Police Department and the Park and Recreation Department. A special event application must be filled out and turned in to the police department, depending on the type of special event, you may be required to provide liability insurance for your event. Yes, you can bring a bouncehouse for private event reservations at the parks, however if you are holding a special event which is open to the public further approval may be required. All bounce houses are required to have their own generator to supply power to the bounce house.
