This application is to help Cleburne Animal Services match pets with new owners and help prevent the return of pets. Please note applications may take 24-72 hours to process.  Applications are processed Monday through Friday. Potential adopters will be notified of application status via email. The applicant who applied must be the person picking up the animal. Once notified of approval, a confirmation of intent to adopt is required within 24 hours. Adopted animals must be claimed within 48 hours of notification unless prior arrangements have been made with the Animal Services Manager. If pet is not claimed after 48 hours, pet will be relisted as available for adoption. Cleburne Animal Services reserves the right to refuse adoption of pets due to health, behavior, or if potential adopter cannot meet the criteria for pet adoption. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have valid picture ID. 

    Any intentional falsification or misrepresentation is grounds for denial of this application. Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
